Terms of Service

Shipping

All packages are shipped through USPS with a provided tracking number. Please allow 2 to 8 business days. Standard $8 to ship, plus $3 for each additional item. I strive to ship my items with an eco-friendly method using recycled craft paper and honeycomb packing paper.

Curbside Pickup

Free service, I will reach out to you through email with pick up details including date, general timeframe, and address in Windsor, California. You can make a time request during the checkout process, but please wait for an email confirmation before coming to pick up.

Return / Exchange Policy

Because each piece is handmade and fragile, I’m unable to offer refunds. However, I’m happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchanges

    •    Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping and the additional shipping cost for the exchanged item

Once the original piece is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed promptly.

In person exchanges are encouraged, feel free to reach out to make arrangements in Sonoma County, CA.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Custom or made-to-order pieces

    •    Items returned outside the 14-day window

    •    Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

    •    The damaged item

    •    Packaging and shipping box

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded as appropriate.
